Through an announcement, the ATK calls on non-apharsal physical persons, businessmans and legal persons to declare and pay taxes correctly and within legal terms.
The institution stresses that his activities will focus on those who do not declare income and fail to fulfill tax obligations, with particular emphasis on identifying those who achieve profits from cryptovaluts.
According to ATK, the way of taxes depends on the taxpayer's status. Physical persons, whether business person or not, should refer to the Law for Taxation in Personal Orders, and to legal persons the Law on Taxation in Corporation Orders.
The ATK reiterates that default failure constitutes legal violations and warns measures against all those who do not respect tax duties. /Periscope
