Albanian police arrest three Kosovo citizens, those criminal acts charged

Two of those arrested, according to police, were required by international order, while the third was from Albanian authorities.

A 47-year-old man from Kosovo was also arrested for theft in Kuwait.

The structures of the Morina Border Police, following inflow/responsion checks and verifications, with the objective of hitting illegalities at the border, as well as the ban of declared citizens in search, who attempt to move illegally to avoid criminal responsibility, organised work in co-operation with DVP Kukes structures, and, as a result, at the entrance of RSh, captured and arrested/hitted 3 citizens, namely:
- He was captured and arrested for the purpose of extradition to Germany, citizen M. G., 65, Kosovo's residentity from alleged verifications and information exchanged with Interpol Tirana, resulted in this citizen being declared in international research by Interpol Wiesbaden, Germany, after the Frankfurt Court has sentenced him to 4 years and 1 month imprisonment for criminal acts “loss”, “criminal group” and “criminal body<5>. His sentence has left him for 18 months.
- He was captured and arrested on purpose on extradition to Kuwait, citizen J. S., 47, resident in Pristina. From the verifications carried out and from information exchanged with Interpol Tirana, it resulted that this citizen had been declared internationally sought by the authorities in Kuwait for criminal work “heavy access”.
Interpol Tirana, in co-operation with counterparts, follows procedures for the extradition of these 2 citizens.
national R. P., 36, residents in Kosovo, after verifications proved to have been declared in national research, after the Court of Tirana sentenced him to 4 years in prison for criminal work “Help for the illegal crossing of borders”.
Other procedural actions with this citizen will be carried out by DVP Tirana.
