According to the indictment, defendants have asked victim A.H. 400 euros in order to speed up the procedure for placing the electrical exchanger at his locale in the village of Soeva. Otherwise, his appointment would be delayed in five days.
“According to the prosecution's indictment, on February 25, 2026, around 14:30, in Ferizaj, the road, the witness of the Nation, respectively, at the Kosovar Electricity Distrition Company in Kosovo, ESHES, defendant B.B., in the quality of the unit's co-ordinator at the Department for Electricity Loss, and EK's defendant, in the quality of the provider of the new co-ordination task for new connections, during the exercise of their duties, have directly demanded that many of the EuroHKG, accelerate the procedure for establishing electricity in the local village, with a five-month notice of the country's command.
It becomes known that following the implementation of specific investigative measures, defendants have been apprehended and arrested in disarray on the part of the Kosovo Police, and with these actions in co-ordination have carried out criminal work “accepting bribes in the private sector”.
