75 years in prison and 108 thousand euros in fines against five accused in case of 400kg of cocaine

In the case of 400kg of cocaine coming from Brazil, company owner “is charged. M C FOOD”, Izet Sheqiri, and four more: Faton Vrajolli, Kadri Sheqiri, Kadri Brahimi, Fehmi Bytyqi, reports “Justice Trust”, broadcast Periscope.
The indictment was announced Thursday by the chairman of the court, Arrini Arnjem.
The accused were found guilty of criminal work “The participation or organisation of the organised criminal group”, while the Izet Sheqiri was also found for “Abnegation”.
Under the verdict, accused Kadri Sheqiri was sentenced to 15 years in prison and 5 thousand euros in fines, Kadri Brahimi to 10 years in prison and 5 thousand euros in fine, Faton Vrajolli to 20 years in prison and 30 thousand euros in prison, Fehmi Bytyqi to 10 years in prison and 5 thousand euros in fines.
Izet Sheqiri, on the other hand, was sentenced to 20 years in prison and 60 thousand euros in fines for criminal work “The participation or organisation of the organised criminal group” and 3 thousand euros for “Abnegation”. In all, 63 thousand euros in fines.
The accused, Kadri Brahimi and Fehmi Bytyqi, were assigned detention measures, while others were continued this measure until the full extent of the act.
In the prison sentence, the accused were counted as the time spent in house arrest and house arrest.
The amount of narcotics and the means that have enabled him to commit criminal work are confiscated, and the weapon for which the accused Izet Sheqiri was convicted.
The accused are charged with paying 500 euros for the judiciary and 100 euros for the Crime Victims Compensation Fund.
In the indictment of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), in the case of sequencing 400kg of cocaine, accused of being the owner of the company “M C FOOD”, Izet Sheqiri, and six others, Faton Vrajolli, Kadri Sheqiri, Kadri Brahimi, Fehmi Bytyqi, Hyzri Sheqiri and Naim Morina.
Otherwise, “Justice Vow” has reported exclusively on the Prosecution File concerning this case, where the owner of the company “is accused. M C FOOD”, Izet Sheqiri, as well as Faton Vrajolli, Kadri Sheqiri, Kadri Brahimi, Fehmi Bytyqi, Hyzri Sheqiri and Naim Morina.
Along with the five accused, Hyzri Sheqiri and Naim Morina were also charged in this case, but after reaching the plea agreement against them, the criminal case was set aside.
Otherwise, accused Hyzri Sheqiri after reaching the plea agreement with the Prosecution has been sentenced to 7 months in effective prison for obstructing criminal procedure. The accused Naim Morina, on the other hand, has been sentenced to six months in prison for obstructing criminal procedure.
In this indictment, the prosecution has proposed that 400kg of cocaine, cars, weapons and about 26 thousand euros be confiscated.
