With 52 years in prison, 5 out of six accused of 11-year-old Pristina rape

In the second group of indictees in the case, the court has convicted and sentenced B. R, D.R., F. S, M.R. and M. K, since the same people have already committed the criminal offense.

B.R. was sentenced to 12 years in prison, D.R. 10 years in prison, B.S to 10 years in prison, F.S to 10 years in prison and M.S to 10 years in prison. Save for B.S. Still on the run, the case has been isolated.

Lawyer Kimete Krasniqi, who in this case represented the victim, has said of Klan Kosovo that “for five of the accused who turned to retrial, today the merity decision was handed down again, convicting himself of the work they committed”.

She added that all the evidence in this case was reviewed and the court ruled meritably even for this group, based on all the evidence which clearly showed that the accused committed the criminal work they were charged with.

In the retrial, the case was returned after lawyers of the parties involved complained of the Constitutional Court's decision in April 2024, taking the case to Apel.
