Referring to Article 82 of the Constitution, which envisions the distribution of the Assembly if within 60 days the president is not elected, the Court has stressed that this rule cannot be applied automatically in any case.
According to Action, under the concrete circumstances of the Parliament's binding on February 11th, 2026, MPs have not had the full constitutional deadline available to complete the president's election procedure.
