According to the ruling, the accused Metaj of criminal activity “of bribery” was sentenced to prison for 6 months and 400 euros in fines. With the defendant's approval, the six-month prison sentence is replaced by a fine of 3 thousand and 600 euros.
In contrast, for the criminal act “Substitute Subheading”, the Metaj accused was awarded a fine of 1000 euros. To him, the Court pronounced a unique fine sentence in the amount of 5,000 euros.
With that decision, accused Pajtim Krasniqi was given a fine in many of the 5 thousand euros and a one-year prison sentence, counting on the sentence even past time in custody and home arrest.
The accused Veton Prekazi was pronounced fined at a lot of 10,000 euros and a six-month prison sentence, in which his sentence is counted even in house arrest.
With the consent of accused Prekazi, the six-month prison sentence is replaced by fines of 2 thousand euros. To him, a unique penalty of fine was submitted in the amount of 12,000 euros.
However, accused Valdete Ismajli was awarded a fine in much of 500 euros and a six-month prison sentence. With its consent, the prison sentence is replaced by fines of 2 thousand and 500 euros. Thus, a unique fine sentence of 3 thousand euros was pronounced against her.
The court ordered the accused to pay no further than three months after the absoluteity of this act of prejudice. In the event of failing to pay a fine sentence, he was replaced in prison, where one day in prison is estimated at 20 euros in fines.
The accused are all but allowed to pay the expenses of the criminal procedure and on behalf of the judiciary of 150 euros, as well as on behalf of the Crime Victims Compensation Fund from 50 euros in the 15-day term from the instinence of this act.
