Speaking at the meeting of the Vetevendosje Movement General Council, Kurti stressed that the budget has been adopted in second reading on February 20th and amounts to about 4 billion euros.
“Working through fulfilling the pledges in this new mandate, we start with the budget adopted in the second reading pane on February 20,”, Kurti said.
He disclosed that the 13th salary for public sector workers is expected to be distributed at the end of this month under this budget.
“Budget worth about 4 billion euros includes the 13th salary for public sector workers, which will be distributed at the end of this month that started today”, he said.
According to Kurti, the adoption of the budget marks the first concrete step towards realising government priorities in the new mandate.
