ZPS under criticism: “Objections affect all KLA, not just individuals”

Kadri Wessel's defence has continued with reactions to SPS claims, saying she is trying to build collective guilt against the KLA and its leaders.

According to the defence, statements being used as direct evidence are general attributes to the General Staff.

Lawyer Rodney Dixon described this approach as collective guilt.

On the other hand, lawyer Dixon rejected the claim that KLA and General Staff's actions were criminal.

“U n The CK, according to the SPS, both its organ and staff have acted criminally, demanding that they be able to resist Serbian forces”, said in response.

In the end, the defence stressed that every action by Kadri Veselin during the time in the KLA has aimed at resisting Serbian forces, rather than realising any joint criminal enterprise.
