The Witness says that Arsench had abused his son by forcing him to carry a murdered person on his back

The testimony before the court was initiated first by witness Krasniqi, who said that his son had been tortured by now accused Arsef, whose name he understood after the event, reports “Justice Vowif”, broadcast Periscope.

While confessing the conversation he had made with the boy, Krasniqi said his son had been forced to carry the body of B.S. victim while he was beaten along the way. According to him, there were Dragan, Boban, and Dusko.
Then was the witness Macedonian, who declared that he remains close to his advance testimony.
According to this court's planning, in line for testimony was witness Arsim Krasniqi, but the chairman of the court, Vesel Ismaili, found that he did not accept the invitation regularly.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina on February 2nd, 2024 has sentenced the accused to 13 years in prison. But the Court of Appeals has turned the case into retrial.
According to the indictment filed by the Special Prosecutor on November 2nd, 2022, there is reportedly suspicion that Assisq, in co-ordination with other members of the Serbian Police and paramilitary groups, in the January-June 1999 months, has participated in the expulsion and deportation of citizens from Pristina and the suburbs. The Act charges Arsenqi that, along with the other group, they have begun to rob homes, as well as later with the aim of damaging Albanian property, they have set fire to it.
The Act makes Arsinqi responsible for the mistreatment of Albanian civilians, injuries, as well as murder.
Assreq is accused of having participated in the execution of now late B.S., so that on April 20, 1999, in the village of Bovovac of the Pristina municipality, at the site called <x0...
With this, Assreq is accused of committing criminal work “war crimes against the civilian population” by Article 142 concerning Article 22 of RSFJ Criminal Law. /Periscope/
