The “security institutions already have the case in treatment and expect rapid and full action by the justice organs. This case, however, is not isolated. It is the direct consequence of a widespread institutional failure. For years, schools have been left alone in the face of serious social problems, without real support and minimal capacity for intervention. Today, the teacher and student are vulnerable, while the school is being treated unjustly as an institution that should absorb any other state failure”, he stated.

Without sufficient psychologists, no social workers, no safeguard mechanisms and no institutional support, the school is expected to manage violence, delicia, addiction and family crises. This approach is unfair and dangerous.

The Ministry of Education holds direct responsibility for this situation. Instead of serious actions, it continues to produce separate administrative guidelines from reality on the ground, which only burden school work and leave the system even more exposed. This is not reform. It's avoiding responsibility”.

In this chain of failures, the media are responsible. Sensationalization, immediate judgment, and labelation of schools and teachers, without facts and context, does not help anyone. The media must inform responsibly, not deepen the panic and seek the easiest offender”.

“As Education Director, I refuse to have schools and Municipal Education Directors treated as the downloader of central-level, social services and other state institutions. We have neither the competencies nor the means nor enough staff to replace the missing links”.

The education director in the capital also called for urgent and co-ordinated action about the case.
