Next, the Urban Planning Directorate has issued decrees for suspending concrete construction permits.

Decisions have entered into force immediately, while with the suspension of permits, all construction activities in the respective parcels have been halted.

As a result of these decisions, thousands of construction sector workers have been laid off in recent days.

On the other hand, official documents note that the suspension was due to the findings concerning legal compliance and spatial planning, as well as to protect public interest.

The disgruntled side has the right to complaint within the 30-day legal deadline, according to the judicial advice included in administrative acts.

Meanwhile, the company's reactions have already started, as most companies have filed their complaints. There are companies that have sold housing in buildings where permits are suspended, and it is unclear who will repay citizens if such a decision remains in place, reports Indexline, broadcast.
