On the other hand, official documents note that the suspension was due to the findings concerning legal compliance and spatial planning, as well as to protect public interest.
The disgruntled side has the right to complaint within the 30-day legal deadline, according to the judicial advice included in administrative acts.
Meanwhile, the company's reactions have already started, as most companies have filed their complaints.
