The trial at The Hague is only towards the end, and this week, closing statements will be held.
The process, which began in November 2020 with the arrest of Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi, continued with the judicial process in April 2023.
So three years of trial, almost six years of detention, and finally, this case is going to end.
Today, and the morning of tomorrow, the final word will be spoken by The Hague Attorney.
Afterwards, it is up for the victims' attorney, and then for the protection of KLA leaders.
On February 18th, former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders are scheduled to say their word.
All the upper ones, such as Thaci, Veselin, Krasniqi and Selimi, are already present in the hall..
