(5 months ago)On Friday, it will be the trial hearing for former president Hashim Thaci's second case in The Hague. Thaci in the second case, along with the Smajan Union, Isni Kline, Fadil Fazliu and Hajredin Kuci, are accused of obstructing justice management. Thaci in the second case, along with the Smajan Union, Isni Kline, Fadil Fazliu and Hajredin Kuci, are accused of obstructing justice management.
These charges against Kilajt, Smajaj, Fazliu and Kuci were confirmed on December 5th and 6th of 2024.
Kuci had been granted freedom protection, while Kilaj, Smaj and Fazliu were held in custody until February of this year. But now they will be protected in freedom.
They have all been declared innocent.
