The trial in The Hague, Hamza: Decision to be International Test of Truth

Bedri Hamza, the head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, as The Hague's process of KLA leaders is heading towards the epilogue, has demanded that justice now act impartially and undictably.

Hamza, among other things, said the final decision will be the test of “international awareness of truth”.

Today, the closing phase of a long and serious judicial process at The Hague began. For more than five years, our deliverers, their defence teams and key witnesses stood with dignity and powerful arguments, dropping charges one by one.

It is already expected that international justice, impartially and indirectly, will make its final decision.

We believe in Hashim Thaci's innocence, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, because we believe in historical truth and in the fair fight of the people of Kosovo for freedom and independence.

This process represents not only an act of law but also a test of the international conscience toward truth.
