I commend the constructive contribution of the PDK and other parties to creation without delay of new institutions. Institutional stability is the common interest”, she added.
Spiropal says “Albania remains close to Kosovo in respect of political diversity, but with a single conviction: strengthening Kosovo institutions is strengthening the Albanian factor in the region”.
