“We will use the right to complaint at the Court of Appeal to the first degree ruling. We'll complain about the” decision, Luta confirmed.
Kosovo's Special Prosecutor had sought detention for the three suspects who were arrested on February 24th for criminal work “money laundering”.
They were detained in Merdara as they entered Kosovo with a van “Sprenter” with Albanian license plates, claiming they had nothing to report.
During the search, 18 packages with about 1m euros hidden in a modified vehicle space were discovered.
