The requirement for punishment of 45 years each, Pec: The extremely weak preparation of case by The Hague Prosecutor

Lulzim Peci of the KIPRED has reacted to the prosecution's request at The Hague that former KLA leaders be sentenced to 45 years in prison.

Peci has written that this testifies to poor prosecution preparation.

The request of the attorney of the Specialised Chambers for en-locking sentences of 45 years in prison for the former UCK leaders is smelling much more like collective punishment attempts than individual ones. In essence, based on my own opinion, this demand for extremely poor court preparedness by this prosecutor.

I think Kosovo should do whatever it takes to join the European Council as soon as this case is handled by the European Court for Human Rights!
