Counting in Rahovec has intervened in the voting process, counterfeiting its results, with cases violating the integrity of the election process and the free will of voters.
The preliminary procedure judge has estimated that the legal conditions for appointing the detention measure to the defendants have not been met, and that they have appointed the measure of presentation at the police station.
With that decision, defendants must appear at the police station for a period of a month.
