The incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, had declared that the 13th salary for state administration is envisioned with the new law and will be one of the next government's first decisions once the budget law is formed and voted on.
Therefore, the 13th salary will be executed only after the budget law is passed, writes the indexonline, broadcasts Periscopi.
The 13th salary would have to be given at the end of the year, but the new government intends that this payment will be realised at the beginning of the year, stressing that the sooner the government is formed, the sooner this payment will be made.
During Kurt's mandate, salaries in state administration have generally increased by 47%, while inequality between the highest and the lowest pay has been reduced from 20 to 1 to 4 to 1.
