(5 months ago)The Constitutional Court in Pec, the Department for Criminal Crimes of the North, has declared a conviction case against Dibran Fetah, finding him guilty of criminal work “Initiation”, according to Article 425, paragraph 3, concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK). After completing the trial, the court pronounced the defendant a three - year prison sentence of three (3) years, in which the time spent in custody and house arrest, included.
And Fetah was also sentenced to fines in the amount of a thousand euros, which he is obliged to pay within 30 days of the integrity of the act.
The court also ordered the defendant to compensate the damaged party, the Kosovo Post Atje Mitrovica 1, the total of 71.572,26 euros, within the three-month deadline of the day the court takes a firm form, under threat of forced completion.
Based on Article 62, paragraph 2, points 2.3 of KPRC, Fetah is prohibited from exercising office in public administration or in public service for a period of two years, following the prison sentence.
The parties have a right to a complaint against this act in the 30-day term from the day of acceptance of the written-shaped court.
