Mistic: If KLA communiquettes had caused crime, you would have heard it from international witnesses who were here.

Hashim Thaci's defence lawyer, Luka Misetic, today is making the concluding statement before the Special Court.

Mistic has consistently challenged The Hague Prosecutor's claims. In part of his speech, Misetic has also spoken about the alleged prosecution body's claims of KLA communiqués have sparked crimes.

Thaci's defence lawyer has said that if something like that were true, then such a thing would have been heard by international witnesses who witnessed before The Hague.

Mistic, when he talks about Rwanda and Bosnia and Herzegovina, says it was clear there immediately that he was becoming a promotional rhetoric, and it did not take the international community 20 years to understand. /Periscope
