Latifi said guerrilla forces are usually badly armed and without a regular command structure, located even at the KLA, which is now being described differently by the Special Prosecutor at The Hague.
We find these characteristics in the KLA uprising, but today at the Special Court it is being treated as if it were a regular army, which, according to its concept, is attribute to states”, he wrote.

At the end of his reaction, Professor Latifi asked that on February 17th all be taken to Skenderbeu Square to express support for those indicted in The Hague.
