According to the state agency Korean Central, Kim said that if Washington respects North Korea's constitutional status as a state of nuclear weapons and changes its approach, there is no reason why there should be no good relations between the two countries.
The statements were made at the conclusion of a week of meetings by the Workers' Party, where Kim called for the development of new weapons systems, including cross-ccircular ballistic missiles with submarine launch and the expansion of nuclear tactical arsenal, capable of hitting South Korea.
The party congress wrapped up with a military parade in Pyongyang, where Kim and his daughter appeared, prompting new speculations about a potential offspring. /Periscopi
