Jakup Krasniqi's son: Criminizing resistance is not justice, but dangerous political act of rewrite history

Through a Facebook post, Krasniqi said the prosecution would be easier and more honest to state openly that Albanians had to sit back, accept murder, rape, humiliation and inhuman treatment, than dare to fight for survival and dignity.

The problem is not Serbia's systematic crimes, but a people's courage not to surrender to extinction. The victim is relating, while the resistance criminalizes”, he added.

According to him, however, history was written, not by those who bowed down, but by those who refused submission.

A small part of the Albanian people chose resistance as the last surviving act, not as political elections, but as human imperative. Today, our very existence is the most powerful evidence that that war was right, inevitable, and legitimate”, he wrote away.

Any attempt to criminalise this resistance does not represent justice, but, as Krasniqi says, a dangerous political act aimed at rewriteing history, comparing the aggressor with the victim and punishing the right to freedom.
