The prosecution's request for a 45-year prison sentence for each of the former heads of the Kosovo Liberation Army is an act of injustice and an insult to Albanian war victims. This has nothing to do with trying for justice. This is a prosecutorial attempt at political and selective punishment against a fair liberation war.
Serbia has committed documented war crimes, murders, massacres, sexual rapes as weapons of war, mass expulsions of the population, etc. These crimes are recorded and witnessed by the world. Yet Serbia never faced justice seriously. Her criminals were recycled into power, housed, and privileged.
