EU: With Kosovo citizens arrested, Serbia is violating 2015 agreement

“After this agreement, Serbia has pledged not to initiate criminal investigations or feel criminal feelings for crimes allegedly committed in Kosovo, unless such is required by Kosovo authorities. Jurisdiction on war crimes claims and other serious acts falls on Kosovo institutions. We call on Serbia to honour its pledges”, a European Commission spokesman for Radio Free Europe said.
