Developments in The Hague, Cacoli: Defence is dismantled by one of the pillars of indictment against former KLA leaders

Eugen Cakoli from KDI has commented on Hashim Thaci's final statements to The Hague.

He has suggested that what is happening today in the Special Court Hall is not just a confrontation between defence and prosecution.

According to him, it is a public test of a narrative that has long attempted to be introduced as a closed case.

From all over this situation, the indictment itself is looking to be a construction kept more by repetition than by the weight of the test”, he wrote.

According to him, the attorneys' arguments are exposing the prosecution's concern.
