First blessing coming from Albania, Begaj congratulates Haxhiu for choice as chief parliament

Albania's president, Bajram Begaj, has congratulated Albulen Hadziun on her choice as Kosovo Parliament Speaker with 66 votes for.

In a Facebook post, Begaj stressed Albania's continued support for Kosovo's democratic institutions and for its Euro-Atlantic journey.
