Avni Qaj, former Kosovo Liberation Army member Avni Qaj, from Hasi's Roma, who was arrested by Serbian authorities late November last year.
Dogs, veteran of The KLA was detained on November 25th at the Merdare border crossing, while traveling towards Bosnia and Herzegovina, where its family has a family business.
