With great concern, I'm following the court's dangerous claims about our liberation war.

All these charges are the continuation of all Serbian propaganda, which unfortunately has managed to penetrate this court easily.

The decisions of this court must be based on facts, and the facts and arguments are on the side of the people who sought freedom and created The KLA, which won international support from our friends and, along with NATO, brought our freedom.

For this fair fight, which respected international laws of war, even the democratic world with evidence that the KLA is pure as the tear and chief ally of NATO to install peace in the Balkans. This is proof that Kosovo was not the aggressor.

In Kosovo, there was only one party that had committed crimes -- even macabre -- that is Serbia, whose criminals walk free, even though they killed more than 10,000 Albanians, over 100 massacres were committed against civilians, including children and elders -- about 1 million people have been forced out of their homes, over 20,000 women and girls have experienced sexual violence, only because they were Albanians and only because they could no longer live in captivity.

International justice should not allow victims to match the aggressor.

Therefore this court can't condemn anyone in the name of this people, because this people created them. KLA, The KLA is the people themselves.
