The Constitutional Court in Pristina has assigned the 30-day detention measure to Zelko Jagodic and Mihajlo Mihajlovic.
The move was taken at the session held in Pristina, at the request of Prosecutor Zef Prendrecaj.
The two Serbian citizens were arrested Wednesday following a several-month investigation by the Pristina Pristina Pristina Pristina Prosecutor for exchange of property and other criminal acts.
They allegedly tried to sell 2 million properties in Veternik.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina announced Wednesday that after a several-month investigation, two people with M.M. and Mr.J have been detained for 48 hours. for allegedly committing fraud, forging documents and legalizing false container.
In the report, this investigation was said to be linked to a property in Veternik with a surface of 56 gold, while car, money, documents and mobile phones were seized.
“Under the investigative actions undertaken in this case, various property documents suspected of being forged; as well as four (4) mobile phones, which will serve as material evidence in further investigative procedure”, said the Prosecutor's announcement.
