180 years or 45 for Thaci and others lawyers: Indistinct Translation

As the hearings for final words began today in the case of former KLA leaders, chief prosecutor Kimberly West has been demanding a sentence of 45 years, “supported in individual contributions, conducted by each of the persons”, writes Periscopi.

But this statement leaves many questions about whether the 45-year sentence includes all four accused together, or whether such punishment is required for each individual.

Periscop has contacted two lawyers about this dilemma, who have estimated that the case was not clearly clarified by the Prosecutor and, according to them, the translation was not correct.
