The prosecution reports that five of them were detained for 48 hours. Four of them are chairman of the commissions, while a KKZA co-ordinator for Prizren.
“Five (5) of them after the interview, at the order of the State Prosecutor, have been detained for 48 hours. Four (4) of them, in the quality of the commission leaders, due to suspicion based on having committed criminal work “Forging the results of the vote” by Article 216 of KPRK, as well as a (1) person in the quality of the KKZ co-ordinator for the Prizren municipality, due to the suspicion that the same was committed by “K use of official position or authority” by KPRK Article 414.<x>
“Foundation Procurory in Prizren, within legal terms, will assess the preamble of the request regarding the provision for ensuring the presence of defendants in the procedure. The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren and the Kosovo Police remain committed to the fight against crime, strengthening rule of law and bringing justice to all who conflict with the law. ”
