According to Eugen Cakoli from KDI, there have been about 900 thousand valid votes for political subjects in Kosovo, and each voter had the right to vote to up to 10 candidates.
The general number of votes for candidates totals about 6.8 million, which means that on average each voter has scored about 7 candidates in the” ballot, Calcoli wrote.
He added that out of about 80 thousand votes infected, 47,619 votes were lifted by candidates after they had been wrongly added during the initial count, while 32,018 votes were added to the candidates after they were previously scrapped incorrectly.

In Kosovo, there have been about 900 thousand valid votes for political subjects, as well as because of the preferential vote of up to 10 candidates . 6.8 million votes for candidates. That means, on average, every voter has scored about 7 candidates in the ballot.
From the recounting of over 50% of the NR deployments, up until now, about 800,000 candidates' votes have resulted in incorrect results and miscounted at the Municipal Counting Centres. Of them, after the recount, 47,619 votes were lifted from candidates (because they were added during the initial count), while 32,018 votes were added to candidates after the recount (because they had been stripped incorrectly earlier).
Within these approximately 800,000 votes, approximately 400,000 belong to the PDK candidates, about 15 thousand LVV, about 11 thousand LDK and about 4 thousand AAK.
According to municipalities, more than 80% of these votes come only from the Prizren municipality. In turn, Malisheva and Podujevo (recounted only 10%).
The increase in the number of preferential votes to up to 10 candidates, along with the centralisation of the count at the Municipal Counting Centre, has made the process much more vulnerable to abuse. When data is processed by a small number of people who, in some cases, result in family or close candidate interventions can produce major deviations in results.
