Representatives of both countries were meeting with American mediators in Abu Dhabi.
As yesterday, very few details have been made public about the talks that took place today between the US, Ukraine and Russia.
They focused on “unresolved” of the US-proposed peace framework, said a spokesperson for the United Arab Emirates government, referring to the plan originally drafted by the US and Russia, and later modified by the US and Europe, Telegraph reports, Periscope broadcast.
Talks included “direct and positive” between the two countries' officials and were held in a constructive and positive “mosphere, writes Skynews.
This may suggest that Russian and Ukrainian representatives were in the same room, instead of the United States making mediation, but the declaration is not final. Otherwise, it is not known whether there will be new talks between the parties in the coming days. /Periscope
