Ukraine says Russian attacks hit negotiation ground

“These barbarous attacks once and more prove Putin's place is not near the peace table, but at the Special Tributal Bank,” wrote Foreign Minister Andriy Syhbika on X (former-Twitter), reports TheuardiaanSignal broadcast.
Russia launched waves of air strikes on Ukraine's two largest cities, Kiev and Kharkiev, early Saturday morning, where one person lost his life and at least 23 others were injured.
He added: “Efforts for peace? The trilateral meeting in the United Arab Emirates? Diplomacy? For Ukrainians, this was another night of Russian terror. ”
Ukraine's Air Force said Russia had launched 375 fears and 21 rockets in these attacks, which again targeted energy infrastructure, causing power and heating cuts for large parts of the capital.
