As to some inaccurate information being circulated, we explain the public opinion that there has been no talk given by special officials or judges in our school environments.
The legislation in question is organised by the Youth Initiative for Human Rights in Kosovo (YIHR), an organisation known to hold educational lectures in high school and universities, with a focus on law education and youth citizens.
The purpose of this talk has been to inform students of the justice system, the kinds of courts, and the way they function, including the Kosovo tribunal operating in The Hague, within general and educational information. The procedures and functioning of courts in a neutral and informative manner have been addressed during the speeches.
Any other interpretation or claim that suggests otherwise is false and unfounded.
We stress that this organisation has carried out over 100 similar lectures in high schools and schools throughout Kosovo, contributing to increased law knowledge and youth citizens.
For additional information, interested parties can directly contact the organization in question.
The Municipal Education Directorate is not included in these preferences of holding such speeches, and the consent has been granted by the KDSH School Steering Council.
Our school remains committed to transparency, quality education and correct student information and public opinion.
