Trial continues for the attack on Iber-Lepenc, indictees face court again today

For the second day in a row, the Justice Palace will continue the trial against the three accused of the terrorist attack on the Iber-Lepenci channel, Dragisa Viqejevicq, Jovan Viqjjetevic and Igor Dimovic.
The session is set to start at 1:30.
During his previous appearance in court on July 9th, the three defendants pleaded not guilty to charges weighing on them and chose not to read the indictment.
At that session, special prosecutor Bekim Kodraliu introduced the prosecution's position, also delivering provative material, including images that, according to the prosecution body, support claims filed in the indictment.
Kodoralou stated that the prosecution is convinced that during the trial, the responsibility of the accused will be testified. According to him, the evidence gathered is enough to argue that the attack on the Iber-Lepenci Canal constituted a terrorist act aimed at damaging a vital Kosovo infrastructure and endangering the security of the Republic.
