A statement to the Special Court has been delivered in Pristina at Jvdet Doda”'s high school facilities.
Lawyer Arianan Koci has stated on the “Frontal” show in T7 that such speeches should be interrupted, questioning the authorisation for keeping them in educational institutions.
According to Koci, youth is the most sensitive segment of society and requires special attention on the subjects presented to them. He reaffirmed his stand against the Special Court since its establishment, stressing that it is a court that, according to him, deals with alleged crimes of only one side.
Koci added that he sees no need for speeches on this court, especially by persons who, according to him, lack sufficient knowledge of the functioning of the judicial system in Kosovo.
