Second process in The Hague to Thaci is postponed start of trial on 27 February

The occasion was set to begin on February 24.

“on January 28th 2026, the sole Judge Christopher Gosnell partially approved Hashim Thaci's defence request and ordered that the trial in the case against Hashim Thaci, the Smakaj Union, Isni Kilajt, Fadil Fazliu and Hajredin Kuci start on Friday, February 27, 2026, instead of February 24th, as previously appointed”, says in a statement.

This is the second process in The Hague to Thaci and others.

Three witnesses, whose nature and content have been discovered by the prosecution, will be presented on February 27th./Periscopi/
