Art Hasan's defence lawyer, Anton Cupperyan, has confirmed his ban.
He said that Art Hasani, the son of Nat Hasani, has been detained under investigations that are being made of voting abuses from the December 28th elections.
“suspected of the criminal act of counterfeiting votes. The same one told me yesterday that it was reported by the police that today they will appear at the police station for an interview regarding the allegations. We went with me today at 8:00 p.m., and we're on our way to case investigator”.
He also said that Hasan has not been arrested but has voluntarily gone to the police station, and that he has been notified of his detention.
Avokai Cuperyan said the same is still found at the police station and that they still have not accepted the decision of whether it has been banned for several hours by police or for 48 hours with the prosecution's decision and whether it is located at the police station or in custody.
