The Constitutional Court in Prizren has appointed a month-long detention for 23 defendants suspected of manipulation of votes, tinging, accepting and bribery.
The move is scheduled for four sessions held today, the prosecution has announced.
According to the 21 defendants, O.S., V.B., A.K., B.B., A.H., A.C., G.S., L.C., B.C., E.G., I.P., I.H., A.D., and B:B., D.H., J.H., S.B.:, A.L., Q.K., W., M.V., M.E., the detention measure is set up by month, cause for suspicion that each has done the results of the vote, except for the vote.
A defendant, A.V., has been assigned a month-long detention measure after allegedly performing works “falsification of the results of the vote” and “bribery taking”.
At the time, the defendant G.P. in observer quality, a month of detention has been handed down after suspected of bribery and deportation. /Periscopi/
