The court held two hearings Wednesday 6:30 a.m. and the other at 21:55, as it issued its verdict Thursday.
“According to the prosecution's request, there is doubt based that the defendants, in the quality of the vote-counting commissions, with authorisations obtained by the CEC, at the Malishev Municipal Counting Centre, located in the sports gym {Habib Zogaj, with illegal actions have intervened in the voting process, counterfeiting its results, with the provisions violating the integrity of the electoral process and the free will of voters, said the court's announcement.
The judge of the preliminary procedure, Sultan Dobraj, has estimated that legal conditions for appointing the detention measure to the defendants have been met, as there is real danger that, if found on freedom, the same could affect witnesses and prevent the course of criminal procedure.
