As long as the company for power supply of K ESCO has handed over to the Energy Regulatory Office ( ZRERE -- a requirement for increased electricity tariffs by 21.3 percent for 2026, incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti -- has spoken about how in Kosovo citizens want to have the hottest rooms.
During a visit to “Innovation Centre Kosovo”, Albin Kurti gave a speech, which included talking about energy.
He said temperatures in rooms are evidently higher than normal.
We've got more natural than normal, we've got heat. As far as consumption is concerned, we need heating management, as far as economic growth is concerned, this has to require energy”, he said.
Kurt has talked about boosting energy capacities, saying we have to manage the consumption peak.
