I read somewhere that Alban Krasniqi of VV and Arian Elshani of The PDK, as members of the CEC, has complained and tried to blame civil society for not observing them, their co-partisans and party-proposed commissioners, contracted by the CEC itself, stealing votes. So they've complained about why they haven't been watched as they failed and allowed vote manipulation. If they don't know it as members of the CEC, let them know: vote theft is a direct consequence of the CEC's failure to oversee and manage the election process, and no one else” wrote Kryeziu. /Periscope/
