Finally, the State Agency of the Archives of Kosovo has published an announcement of contracting for the commitment of a consultant to the reception at this agency.
According to the contract he secured T7For this position, Ardita Toverlani is employed, with a total salary of 18 thousand and 810 euros.
Procuration connoisseurs, however, consider the contract to be annulled, since it is not in accordance with regulations.
Ardit Dragusha, a researcher in Democracy Plus, claims this way of contracting also represents an abuse of legal opportunity for contracting consultations.
