Haziri said confirming this initiative by President Trump during the World Economic Forum in Davos represents great news for Kosovo and a testimony to continued US support to the country.
“It is great news for Kosovo, participation in the peace initiative President Trump today confirmed as the peace process. Kosovo more than any other country is grateful and grateful to the United States of America”, Haziri said.
He stressed that Kosovo's representation on this level is natural through President Osmani, recalling its role on the international stage in recent years.

Commenting on the lack of invitation to Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Haziri estimated that this is related to serious restrictions on the aspect of international contacts as a result of the domestic political situation in the country.
“Prime Minister Kurti is in serious restrictions for contacts at such levels because of the situation within Kosovo”, the LDK deputy chairman said.
