The Albanian government has started presenting the bill to parliamentary commissions, where Defence Minister Pirro Ving made the official announcement.
Currently, six contracts have been signed for the creation of joint state-owned companies, through state company KAYO and six private operators. These contracts envision the production of ammunition, equipment, and personal equipment, uniforms, light weapons, fears, drug systems, and civilian emergencies, reports TVKlan, broadcast Periscope.
The defence minister also suggested that negotiations for the re-building of the Pashaliman shipyard are in the final phase and are under way in co-operation with Italian giant “Fincicnitrier”.
According to the government, securing a stable supply chain for all byproducts of military production is aimed at fully complying with NATO standards and national policies, respecting preferences and co-operation with allied countries. /Periscope
