However, the company suggests that, based on preliminary estimates and current data, the demand for allowed maximum revenues for 2026 has been presented at a total value of around 528.8m euros.

That amount, according to the ECCO, includes about 49.5m euros related to cost excesses during 2025, caused by market conditions and factors outside the supplier's control.

The company is reiterated that this figure represents only a requirement for recognition of costs, and not final tax decisions. Final assessment and approval, as well as any possible tax reflection, will be made by Z THREE after the completion of the regulatory process and public consultation.
